Spend a Weekend in Paradise - Sat 6th-Sun 7th
Have you ever been to spectacular Diamond Head in Crowdy Bay National
Park (about 4 1/2 hours drive north of Sydney)? If not, why not share
a campsite with the friendly 'locals' for free, ourtesy
of National Parks & Wildlife Servces on the weekend of 6-7th May.
Be lulled to sleep by the gentle breaking surf and wake
to nature's orchestra, and the raucous bird chorus! Step out of your tent
to find the plovers on guard duty and kangaroos lolling all around you,
but watch your food supplies including your open beer can! Have a surf
in pristine water before breakfast. Walk one of our coast's most beautiful
and rugged headlands with sweeping natural vistas to the north and south.
Come along and find out for yourself- all you have to do is give Mid
North Coast Branch a few hours of your time on the Sunday morning and
help pull bitou bush seedlings.
